Clercqer is a somewhat dorky/cool dude that typically is depicted with a beard. He once was known to have lived with a girlfriend, often playing Left 4 Dead with other Orderites. He also had a nice voice. He has served in the committee, as well as on the senate, until he had a kid and shortly after got divorced, went on a soul-searching trip through Europe and became a Pimp. Or something. He is Belgian, owns an old Saab, wears glasses...Aka clercqueer.
